Our client has been Investors in People accredited since 1995 and is committed to the training and development of all staff. All staff receive a thorough induction, have access to an interactive on line induction programme and will be supported with any necessary training and development to help achieve their business objectives.
Based within an easy commute of Brighton my client is looking for a Support Co-ordinator to work in their finance department.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver the Small Business Review product. This role will also be responsible for data integrity and accurate capturing of management information, as well as processing Central Support Services work as necessary.
You will be taking lead responsibility for supporting departmental projects including responsibility for data integrity and managing processes for effective and efficient project delivery whilst covering for other team members when necessary.
You will also be creating and producing accurate management information, reports and performance statistics for the Project Managers to ensure contractual requirements are met
You will also be displaying professional communication skills when handling internal and external calls and queries as well as maintaining good working relationships with internal departments and staff.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise varied workloads
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products and their applications
- Good Communication skills to both internal and external customers
- Ability to meet deadlines
