The role involves:

-Project work using qualitative and quantitative methods, interviewing, focus groups as well data analysis.
-Client communication.
-Background project research.
-Analysis of results and drawing conclusions.
-Presenting to clients.

For candidates who are capable of progressing quickly, promotion can happen within six months.

Requirements:

-Inquisitive mind and an interest in understanding people.
-2:1 in a Life Science, Psychology or Business degree.
-At least three A levels at grade A to C.
-Extremely well organised and able to multi task, working on up to four projects at any one time.
-Flexible with regards to travelling in order to undertake fieldwork.
-Happy working with numbers and large volumes of data and have Maths GCSE at grade B or above.

You should be a confident communicator, have the ability to think on your feet and be a creative problem solver.
