Working within one of 22 specialised teams, you will be tasked with various responsibilities in the recruitment process. You will be targeted on tasks such as:
- Generating new business leads
- Canvassing for business
- Client negotiation
- Candidate short listing
- Marketing jobs to candidates
- Interviewing and selecting candidates
- Offer management
Once competent in these activities you will qualify for team based commission incentives. Most capable graduates will earn £30-35k and basic salaries start from £17k.
To be considered for interview candidates must have a sound academic background. Minimum requirements of CCC at A-level (or equivalent) and a degree of any subject with a preference for 2:1 and above.
We will be undertaking a screening process to assess for great communication skills, evidence of working in a team environment, a sales mentality and a desire to work in a fast-paced professional industry.
Candidates must have an understanding of how recruitment works prior to submission of CV.
This vacancy is an immediate requirement and requires the candidate to start as soon as possible.
