This client is looking to hire numerate graduates with good problem solving skills and business acumen along with an interest in working with software in the financial industry. A solid understanding of finance will position your career for exceptional future growth.

Your first year will give you a solid foundation in my client's software, investment and treasury knowledge and will enable you to define your career path and career objectives. This first year will include the following:

- Personal Training and Education: The first two months will incorporate extensive training on the software, quality assurance and all aspects of corporate finance
- Project planning: designing strategies to test financial applications
- Software testing: working with developers, business consultants and customers in testing new functionality
- Process re-engineering: suggesting and implementing improvements to the development processes

At the end of this year you will have a better idea of the long term career path you wish to follow.
