An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a bright Physics, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry graduate to join them as a Patent searcher.
You will train to become a patent searcher in the central London office. You will receive full training by experienced members of staff.
You will be required to analyse scientific text using various in house tools and devices. You will then write a report on your results, summarizing your findings.
As you progress you will represent the company at conferences and interact more with clients.
The essential skills for this position are as follows:
- 2.1 or above in Physics, Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering
- Highly analytical
- Excellent attention to detail
- Report writing skills
- The ability to read through data quickly
- Someone willing to take on lots of responsibility
- Ideally fluent in French and German
- Ideally some knowledge of Patents
