Their solutions and people are widely recognised as the best in their field. They are currently looking for a talented Flash developer to join their expanding team. Based in the heart of the Central London design belt, you will be working on a wide variety of cutting-edge projects.

You will be focused, driven and have a fundamental belief in quality. In return, you will be working with, and learning from, leading members of the Flash development community. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Being pro-active to learn and grow with and within the company
- Being quality-focused to develop the highest quality solutions with the support of the team
- Becoming proficient in their development tools and processes
- Being organised and client-facing
- Bringing new ideas and an enthusiastic 'can-do' approach to the team
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Flash and ActionScript 2 OOP
- Degree educated to 2:1+ in a relevant discipline
- Superb design skills and a talent for interactive design and development
- A good understanding and experience of usability and accessibility
- Proficient in tools such as Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator and audio and video editing tools
- Good knowledge of the following: JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of Subversion, C and Java would be advantageous
Selection Process:
You should have a CV and a portfolio which show your passion and potential. The selection process may include any of the following:
- Short telephone interview
- Online Flash and ActionScript practical test
- Practical Flash and ActionScript test at interview
- Written Flash and ActionScript test at interview
