Consultants place a variety of candidates - from graduates to managing directors - in all business areas within organisations such as Investment Banks, Financial Consultancies and Hedge Funds. My client has undertaken successful assignments in the UK, US, Asia and Europe.
Fantastic financial rewards are on offer in return for exceptionally hard work. All hires are made at graduate trainee level and progression is hugely encouraged.
The role of a Trainee Consultant is varied and challenging. Essentially, you will be tasked to make money for the business via the placement of finance professionals at a rate agreed by your client. Activities include cold-calling, canvassing for new business, candidate interviewing and selection and job offer management.
The commission structure is excellent and the company has vast marketing resources. The majority of Trainee Consultants have earned themselves over £60k in year one!
Progression to Consultant will take anywhere between two and six months depending on performance. There are serious opportunities for ambitious graduates to run a team by the end of the first year. The company also has future expansion plans including the setting up of offices in New York, Hong Kong and Amsterdam, and will need consultants to run these.
The starting basic salary for this position is £18k.
The absolute fundamental quality for this role is a hunger to earn lots of money. Candidates must be willing to work very long hours. If this is not you then please do not apply.
The company also requires candidates to express excellent English communication skills.
The successful candidates require strong academic records as they will be dealing with sharp individuals who are themselves earning seven figure salaries.
