Some recruitment agencies waste time sending through low-grade CVs with irrelevant degrees - I have never experienced this problem with GRB.

The process of selecting the right candidate took a long time (many months), and I went through a selection of recruitment agencies. The level of graduates I met through GRB was excellent, and they were mostly suitable for the position.
I feel that GRB asked me the right questions in order to establish the type of candidate I needed for the role, which of course saved time by not sending unsuitable applicants. GRB's analysis of our new employees skills and what they can bring to the company have been accurate, and for that I would like to say that GRB's methodical approach and input into this whole process with us has been excellent.

We recently were looking to recruit a new graduate for the post of site engineer. We tried various approaches but the services of the Graduate Recruitment Bureau were undoubtedly the best.
