Santander, one of the world’s biggest banks, with more branches worldwide than any other international bank. It’s a position we’ve built by taking a common sense approach to banking, with a sensible lending policy and a low risk profile, which means more security for you – and more stability for the future. Following the recent acquisition of Alliance & Leicester and Bradford & Bingley we’re not content to be the biggest; we also mean to be the best commercial bank in the UK, offering exceptional service quality to our customers and outstanding careers to our team.
Here in Belfast, we have a very successful contact centre, employing around 600 people at our Mays Meadow site, opposite Central Station. Our team takes inbound calls from customers who appreciate their ability to cut through the jargon in order to find the financial product that best suits their needs. Our ability to really listen and deliver what our customers want continues to drive our success.
You’ll be dealing with enquiries from our customers and you’ll set us apart from the competition by taking a genuine interest in each caller. It’s a busy role and the combination of your customer service experience and your positive personality will ensure you exceed our customers’ expectations every time.
You will meet individual service standard levels whilst contributing to team deliverables. As a team player you will contribute to the success and will display behaviours such as enthusiasm, self-motivation and a healthy competitiveness to achieve “best in class” results.
We currently have part time evening opportunities available.
Part Time: Anything from 20 hrs per week – upwards. Start time – 5-10pm & 6-11pm and potentially a 4- 9pm. 2/3 evenings a week with an alternative Sat/Sun at the weekends
