Our on-site gift shops have a high turnover of sales each week with no product costing more than £5 so goods are accessible to our young guests and their pocket money.
We’re looking for people with some previous retail experience, who are good with figures, stock-taking and a talent for maximising sales opportunities. At some centres, you’ll split your time between working in our shops, replenishing vending machines and working in the on-site bar so if you’re looking for plenty of variety, this could be the role for you.
We offer fantastic training and qualifications opportunities including apprenticeships and NVQs – all offered free of charge on the provision that you complete your contract of employment with us..
This role is great for people looking to gain experience in a retail role but have limited previous experience as we provide all the necessary training to give you the skills and confidence to get the most from your job. You’ll have the opportunity to apply for a place on the nationally-recognised Apprenticeship in Customer Service at Level 2 and 3, giving you the chance to gain a valuable qualification for life, at no cost to yourself whilst earning money at the same time.
This is a residential role, with an accommodation package and meals included. You’ll also receive a competitive wage, free uniform (no bond required), return transport to resort from a UK pick up point if working overseas. We also offer the opportunity to live and work in a supportive environment with people from around the world, where the emphasis is on fun!
