The Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) is an expanding specialist recruitment consultancy based in Brighton. As our name suggests we specialise in placing graduates across a range of industries and vertical markets across the UK. We have become extremely successful in this sector with our web site attracting 80,000 unique visits every month and a candidate database of over 400,000. The consultants have developed expertise in their relevant markets and with a large candidate database have a strong supply of candidates for their clients.

Recently we have expanded into the experienced hire market, placing graduates with 1 to 4 years post graduate experience into their second or third career positions. Because of our unique market position we can bring a large amount of high quality candidates not easily sourced by other recruitment companies.

We are looking for students to work at the GRB for 4-8 hours a week to develop our candidate database. This challenging role offers an excellent opportunity for a student to work in a rewarding and target driven environment.

The role will involve;

- Speaking to and updating details of candidates that registered with the GRB over two years ago.
- Qualifying them for suitability for a certain job, and marketing that position to them.
- Keeping internal database records up to date.
- Informing Consultants of suitable candidates as you come across them.
