Our successful client currently has 7 part time positions available within their customer service team. This role is 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday 5.00pm - 9.00pm. The aim of the role is to promote the features and benefits of the credit card by calling new and existing customers through various dialler campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling calls for customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales through service.
- Experience of working towards targets or deadlines.
- Able to resolve issues without further escalation.

The successful candidates for this role will be resilient and motivated, with excellent communication skills. They will be able to work within a team and maintain a high level of attention to detail. They will also preferably have call centre experience and history of working towards targets.
