Prize draw T and C

1.  How To Enter: no purchase or payment necessary to enter or to win. you have not won yet. The Prize draws will be conducted for university students and graduates only. To enter the Prize draws, eligible persons must register with GRB by completing a registration card at a career fair, at anytime beginning at 12 am GMT on May 2nd 2007 and ending at 11:59PM EST on December 31, 2007 (see Entry Deadline) subject to these Official Rules.
Limit one (1) entry per eligible person. Anyone entering invalid personal information or incomplete entries will be disqualified from the Prize draws drawing.

2.  Entry Deadline: To be eligible to participate in the Prize draws, registration by students and graduates must be received by 11:59 PM GMT on December 31, 2005.

3.  Selection of Winner: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received from eligible persons. Chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. Only the winner will be contacted personally. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by a representative of Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) 7 days after the prize draw.
The prize will be forfeited if a selected winner (a) is not eligible in accordance with these rules; or (b) does not claim the prize in the manner described above prior to the Deadline. If any prize is forfeited for the reasons set forth above, no substitute winner will be selected.
GRB reserve the right to feature the name, university, subject studied and photographic image of winners in future promotions.

4.  Prize:
One Apple i-pod.
Ten £15 Topshop vouchers.
No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of any prizes. The prize will be awarded if properly claimed. Prizes are not transferable and no prize substitutions are available. However, GRB may, at its discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
GRB are not responsible for any human error or printing error, or for late, stolen, lost, misdirected, damaged, mutilated, misaddressed, misdirected. Entries are void, if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors. If for any reason email entry is not capable of receipt as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, other causes beyond the control of GRB which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Prize draws, GRB reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize draws.
GRB also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Prize draws should a bug, virus or other causes beyond the control of GRB, corrupt the administration, security or proper conduct of the Prize draws. In the event of a termination of the Prize draws, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing will be made among the entries received prior to the time of termination. GRB further reserves the right to modify the Prize draws or disqualify entrants if fraud, misconduct or technical failure destroy the integrity of the Prize draws, as determined by GRB in its sole discretion. No responsibility is assumed for: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure; theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software; failure of any e-mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website; or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from the Prize draws. All submissions become the property of GRB and will not be returned. Only one entry is permitted per eligible person. If any question arises concerning the identity of an e-mail entrant, any prize won by such entrant shall be awarded to the owner of the e-mail account used for entry. Caution: any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimimate operation of this prize draws is a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such attempt be made, GRB reserves the right to seek damages from such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5.  No Liability: By entering the Prize draws, each entrant agrees that GRB, employees and agents shall have no liability in connection with the Prize draws or acceptance or use of the prizes by Prize draws winner(s).
