Executive Search and Board advisory consulting firm based in the West End.

Their search work focuses on the appointment of Chief Executives, Chairmen and Non-Executive Director for a range of private and listed companies.

They also advise boards on performance and succession planning, as well as conducting senior management evaluations.

Track record? Current Board-level clients include 10 companies in the top 20 of the FTSE and they have placed a quarter of the current FTSE 100 Chairmen.

The successful candidate will be working with the Partners on all aspects of the execution of search assignments across a number of sectors.

Tasks will include:

- Developing research strategies
- Identifying and contacting potential candidates in the UK and on an international scale
- Participating in interviews and client meetings.

Successful candidates must have:

- A degree of no less than 2.1 from a leading UK or international university and 320 points at A-Level
- At least one year's work experience in a business related industry (not necessarily Executive Search)
- Outstanding communication skills
- A naturally inquisitive mindset
- Maturity to deal with business leaders.
