The Graduate Scheme
Linklaters' training programme features a number of practical schemes in one syllabus at their unique Law and Business school, designed to develop graduates' business skills and technical knowledge, providing the expertise to perform their roles at all levels. A mentoring system is in operation, so graduates have the advantage of the advice of senior lawyers at all times to help them progress. Once qualified, promotion opportunities to senior levels are available for candidates that consistently prove their abilities in whatever area of law they specialise in. Salary is reviewed yearly and increases based on performance and contribution.
What you need:
Graduates must have a strong desire for a career in global business law, and a good degree classification from any discipline. They should also be excellent team players with a creative problem solving attitude.
