If you have prepared thoroughly before the interview then that should shine through when answering this question. An answer that is accurate would be beneficial here but try not to appear like you have just memorized the job specification and are just parroting it back. When you are mentioning the roles that you could take, explain why you have the right skills to be successful and give examples.
When pursuing a career in this sector it is vital that you have great people skills, but also the ability to react well in stressful situations and perform your duties to the best of your ability. This will improve the way people you deal with will describe you. The best ways to be described would be helpful, considerate, dependable, caring, professional and empathetic. Try to avoid basic answers which say you just wish to help people, as this is too generic. Instead bring in previous experiences you may have in this sector, or any particular event which lead you to pursue a career in health and social care.
This is a testing question and will require you to display tact. The real question being asked is what are the worst things about working in healthcare. The best way to answer would be to come up with an honest answer, but then turn it around and describe why you find what you have highlighted challenging, how you would overcome these challenges and how the positive aspects of the job are more important to you. Try and turn negatives into positives where possible.
