Type of work
The finance function operates beyond the confines of traditional financial roles, helping our teams to understand the financial implications of every decision and opportunity, as well as generating new ideas to make money and help move our business forward.

Your particular role may include such responsibilities as developing business strategies for both internal and external customers, acquiring new businesses and financial interests, evaluating and managing the associated risks and returns of a business proposition, improving the performance of a supply chain, or even contributing to a new product.

Training and development
We give you the chance to take control of your own development by taking advantage of the opportunities to challenge and stretch your abilities and gain experience across functional, cultural or geographical boundaries. Depending on your particular role this may include studying for CIMA chartered qualifications.
