Type of work
Our engineering positions are based on a combination of technical excellence and the commercial imperative. Our engineers work with other ICI specialists to assess new market opportunities and use leading-edge processes to identify and harness the best methods of introducing new products and materials.
From designing a plant and project managing its construction and commissioning, to refining and optimising our production processes to deliver high performance throughout a complex manufacturing cycle, our engineers are an integral and critical part of the business team.
Training and development
ICI engineers have the potential to develop successful business careers across a variety of disciplines. If you have the ambition and commitment, we can provide the opportunity and training to match. In some cases, this may be studying for Chartered status.
