What did you think about the GrantRail recruitment and induction process?

Well organised. I had the chance to meet the CEO, all divisional directors and the previous year intake of graduates to share their experience in GrantRail during induction week.


Briefly describe your role within the company.

I am on the two-year Graduate Engineering Scheme which involves working around all the different business areas in the head office and sites.

What is your background (e.g. education, Qualifications, previous rail experience)?

I graduated from University of Manchester with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and recently completed MSc in Mechanical Engineering at University College London.

What attracted you to GrantRail and what do you now enjoy about working at GrantRail?

What attracted me about GrantRail was the well-structured graduate development scheme. It gives you experience of a variety of projects in different departments and engineering disciplines.

What would you say to someone thinking about a career with GrantRail?
