Our management team helps us to meet the challenges of the future. They look at how best to increase network capacity, to meet 21st century demands and deliver multi-billion pound investment on time, in scope and on budget.
Entry requirements...
You must have a 2:2 degree in any discipline and we're also looking for candidates who can:
•Demonstrate high standards of written and verbal communication
•Show good analytical, problem solving and inductive reasoning (ability to deal with ambiguous data) skills
•Embrace change
•Collaborate with colleagues, share your information and knowledge
•Focus strongly on internal and external customers
•Show a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion
•Work on your own initiative, seeking out new opportunities for learning, career progression and challenges
•Identify project goals and work towards them
•Demonstrate a structured and methodical approach to tasks, identifying priorities and setting deadlines
•Work at any TfL location in London

Surface Transport supports the Mayor's Transport Strategy and aims to meet the diverse needs of our customers, across all non-rail based transport modes in London.
Surface Transport manages a range of modes, from one of the biggest bus networks in the world through to managing Congestion Charging and other enforcement activities.
Graduates placements on this scheme will mainly stay within Surface Transport, but there will also be opportunities to work across other parts of Transport for London.
