Job Title: Tesco Human Resource Graduates Trainee Resourcing Managers

We are on the search for budding HR professionals who are looking for an opportunity to start their career within a world leading retailer, to join our HR Graduate Programme.
You'll join our Commercial Department, which covers areas such as Buying, Food, General Merchandise, Clothing, Marketing and Procurement - where there'll be plenty of exciting projects to get stuck into. After all, these aren't your average HR roles. They're strategic positions, where you'll be working in partnership with the business.
Day-to-day you will be providing crucial administrative support, as well as actively being involved in all the key aspects of Recruitment, Employee Relations including policies and practices, and Learning and Development.
Our development programme has been structured to develop you over two years with great training and workshops including writing people policies, report writing, decision-making, influencing, and effective meeting management; a two month store placement and two work placements across our Recruitment and General Operation teams.
As a HR Graduate you'll help to ensure our future success as we grow our own talent within the business.
To join our programme we require a minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree, and proof of the right to work within the UK.
