Job Title: Survey Analyst

In this role you will develop the expertise in diagnostic techniques and tools to understand the performance culture within an organisation. You will gain understanding about the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation, and you will work closely with consultants to solve real business issues. You will do this by putting together surveys for clients and analysing the results.

If you have a thirst for knowledge, and the desire to work in a challenging and stimulating environment, this role offers a great opportunity. There is considerable scope for development and progression into a more senior analytics role.

Essential skills:

- Master's degree in Organisational Psychology or a related discipline (Organisational Behaviour or Organisational Development) from a well regarded institution. A minimum grade 2:1 or Master?s grade pass.
- Good understanding of organizational behavior and general business concepts and terminology and genuine interest in the subject matter
- Proficiency with IT tools such as Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and SPSS
- Proven ability to work independently, including managing multiple projects with demanding deadlines
- Superior problem solving and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional attitude and service orientation; superb team player
- Previous work or project experience in developing, administering and analysing surveys would be helpful, but not a prerequisite
- Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts
