Our client is a top ten credit card issuer and savings accounts in both the UK and United States, with more than £150 billion in managed loans and over 50 million world-wide customers, serviced by over 27,000 employees.
A Senior Fraud Analyst is urgently sought by this leading Nottingham based financial services company to build a fraud prevention strategy through considering industry trends, initiatives and technologies.
In this highly analytical and strategic role you will take responsibility for:
- Working with all levels within the department up to Director level
- Holding the relationship with operational areas
- Communicating with card schemes, industry bodies, vendors and other issuers
- Own and challenge existing processes and defences and recommend improvements
- Understanding any fraud spikes, analysis into root causes and potential solutions through to solution implementation and subsequent monitoring
Requirements:
- In depth analytical experience (not operational)
- Very good time management and prioritisation skills
- The successful candidate should be educated to degree level
- Good communications skills
- Very good integrative thinking skills
- Good Working knowledge of SAS or SQL
- Experience of managing operational change
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
