The Role
They are currently looking to expand their Insight and Analytics function by hiring a Senior Customer Insight Analyst.
This is an exciting position for the right candidate to enhance their statistical skill set through customer level analysis to understand profitability and the value of every customer.
Your role will require you to communicate effectively across the business as you will liaise daily with the Financial MI, Product and Marketing CRM teams.
As the organisation continues its sustained growth you will find that internal progression is highly encouraged and as such there are a substantial amount of projects to get involved with.
Requirements
Essential skills for the role to include:
- A background in consumer analytics, i.e. Campaign Analyst, Econometrician, Marketing Analyst
- Strong statistical grounding, ideally in SAS (R, SPSS, SQL considered)
- Experience in modelling e.g. propensity, segmentation, cluster analysis
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and derive meaningful insight
