About Resource
Resource is an established marketing research agency carrying out primarily business-2-business projects globally from our 60 station multi-lingual callcentre in Bounds Green, North London. We are looking for a Data Support Executive to join our Client Services Project Delivery team.

Resource completes quantitative projects for many blue chip companies across verticals ranging from primarily IT and finance, through to consumer and charities. In the last year alone we completed work in over 40 countries which will provide you with wide-ranging project and international experience.

Are you keen to be trained on all aspects of project completion, delivery and client servicing, to enable you to progress within the industry and ultimately move on to a key role on either the client or the data side of the business?

What we are looking for
To be considered for this position you will need a minimum of a 2:1 in a business-related or numeric degree, or other relevant discipline. Attitude and outlook will be equally important in choosing the right person for the job. Key skills can be summarised as:-

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Numeracy - as well as being proficient with numbers you need to enjoy working with numbers and statistics (it's what we do!)
- Ability and willingness to multi-task and juggle conflicting client priorities and deadlines
- High standard written English and spelling
- Disciplined, "can-do attitude" with the determination to produce high quality work to exacting client standards.

You would be involved in end-end project delivery from upkeep of databases and sourcing existing & published data, through to testing & checking live questionnaire scripts; processing and checking raw data; preparing, checking & proofing data tables; sourcing sample; contact management & support as well as handling Client queries.

Salary & Benefits
Competitive starting salary of £19-22,000 depending on experience. 28 days holiday (inc. statutory). Company bonus scheme with performance-related bonus.
