The Data Analyst?s role is to deliver accurate and swift reporting of qualitative and quantitative data from a number of different methodologies across a range of continuous and ad hoc projects and a mix of blue chip retail clients.

Main responsibilities:

- To produce data tables and highlight key trends and anomalies with the data
- To quality check all reporting to ensure the accuracy of data given to clients
- To automate and improve existing reporting processes in order to streamline, improve accuracy and reduce the time spent checking
- To be a key team member during the set up of complex projects
- To optimise IT applications to speed up and simplify work
- To suggest ideas for further improvements to projects
- To develop an authoritative understanding of all aspects of the projects being worked on
- Programmes, set up and manage complex online surveys using SNAP and Confirmit survey software and bespoke in-house systems (full training provided)

- Is able to implement automated checking techniques
- Advanced Excel skills, able to write, use and combine complex formulae in Excel
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
