The Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) is an expanding specialist recruitment consultancy based in Brighton. As our name suggests we specialise in placing graduates across a range of industries and vertical markets across the UK. We have become extremely successful in this sector with our web site attracting 80,000 unique visits every month and a candidate database of over 400,000. The consultants have developed expertise in their relevant markets and with a large candidate database have a strong supply of candidates for their clients.
The GRB is looking to expand its reach into placing graduates with experience in their second and third career roles. This offers great potential for GRB to maximise the value of its database and existing clients.
As a consequence an opportunity has arisen within the statistical and analytical experienced hire sector. This challenging role offers an excellent opportunity for a consultant to work in an area that has excellent growth potential within GRB. The successful candidate will be given billing clients to account manage, as well being targeted to grow a client base. Career prospects are high as the goal is to develop the team into a division as successful as GRB's core market.
The successful candidate will be supported by senior management in growing their business and the team within statistical and analytical sectors with help in building a resource, process and marketing structure around the consultant.
The role comes with a good basic salary and an excellent commission structure (with no threshold).
Candidates need at least two years continuous experience in recruitment and experience of building a permanent desk .
