About this Role:
We are currently looking for a number of people to join our Operations Division on fixed term contracts to deliver during a period of peak activity. You will be required to co-ordinate the successful contracting of all assessment staff.

Our Operations Division is responsible for the recruitment; contracting, allocation, and training of Examiners to meet the requirements across the full range of academic and vocational qualifications.
The Contracts & Allocations team contract over 17,000 Assessment Associates across all General Qualifications (GCSE & GCE) and Vocational Qualifications (BTEC, NVQ, Apprenticeships and Functional Skills).
What we are looking for:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to meet strict deadlines
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Have experience of working in an administration position within an office environment
• Ability to effectively prioritise a large and varied workload in the context of strict deadlines
• Experience of managing external and internal stakeholders expectations and the ability to respond to any late changes in demand
