You will have a strong desire to succeed, and will excel within a target driven and fast paced environment. You will be change focused, creative, open to new ideas and have an analytical approach. You must have excellent communication skills and strong team working abilities. A degree in Computer Science Software Development Mathematics Statistics would be advantageous.
