Job Title: MB Interactive Graduate Junior Web Developer

Opportunity to join an exciting web development agency
- An exciting and forward-thinking web development agency is seeking a new trainee web developer
- Based in St Albans in Hertfordshire, MB Interactive designs, develops and supports websites and web-based 'solutions' for high-profile clients in a range of sectors
- We are a small team so the successful candidate will be involved from day one
- You will be given excellent training directly from our head developer
- External training will be provided as required.

The role will take the successful candidates to a high level of web development
- The new developer will be fast-tracked to become a quality web developer within our team
- You will ultimately be involved in projects within the team as well as being given projects of your own
- You will have input into projects, both large and small, from the planning stage through to testing
- You will develop a working style that is flexible, agile and uses the very latest web development techniques.

Specifics we are looking for:
- A demonstrably high intellect
- 2:1 or above in your degree (while the degree will probably be numerate and may be web-related, this is not essential as any degree subject will be considered)
- Strong A-Level grades
- Some experience of web development. This may be as part of your degree, through websites you may have built in your own time or, if you have graduated a year or so ago, through your current role)
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
