Réal Options

We realise that people are different; that's why we'll create an individually tailored management training programme just for you. Each year we offer up to 30 graduates the opportunity to join our programme across 4 business areas. The scheme lasts one year and consists of three, four-month rotational placements, giving you an insight into the different business functions.

Our roles are based at our Head Office in Hammersmith, London and occasionally at our various distribution centres around the country. We also encourage International placements and opportunities.

We know that choice also matters which is why we'll give you three prospective start dates to choose from - January, June or September. You can also choose to defer your start date.

Finance

At L'Oréal, Finance is at the heart of our decision making; each brand has its own finance team. So as a grad, you could end up working on any of our 23 global brands. You will liaise and work very closely with the rest of the business to ensure the continued growth and profitability of your brand.

Supply Chain

If you want to learn about how to run an effective supply chain process from some of the best around, then this is the place to do it. L'Oréal manufactures 4.6 billion units per year; you will ensure that our products hit the shelves of our customers at the right time and to budget.

Marketing

If you want to learn about brand management and product marketing L'Oreal is one of the best places around. L'Oreal is a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment where you will work with the best marketers; throughout your time with us they will train and develop you into world leaders in Marketing. Every year, we launch hundreds of new products; you will work across any of our 23 brands and help realise your brand's vision in this competitive market.

Commercial

If you are interested in learning about commercial strategy from some of the very brightest sales people around, then this is the place to do it. As a commercial graduate on our scheme, you will have the opportunity to work across any of our accounts, from the big retailers to the more niche department stores, and across any of our 23 global brands.
