Job Title: iSOFT Graduate Process Improvement and Quality Specialist

Job Purpose

Based in Warrington or Banbury, the purpose of this role is to develop skills in the analysis of operational business processes, identification of process improvements, and to promote the efficiencies realised by process control, standardised reporting and auditing mechanisms.

Main Job Responsibilities

Weighting:
35% - Reviewing policy, process, procedure and related documentation to ensure they have been produced to the appropriate standard for publication to the organisation's Quality Management System, and meet the needs of the business. At the same time developing an operational understanding of the processes in place within the company.

10% - Supporting the project work completed by more senior Process Improvement and Quality Specialists to learn process analysis and improvement methods and develop project management techniques.

35% - Administrating the Update Request and Document Renewals processes, and the Awareness Training programme to develop (internal) customer contact skills, learn about the importance of KPIs, and contribute to the achievement of Quality Management team objectives.

10% - Supporting the UKI audit programme and continual improvement processes to learn about international standards and how to encourage compliance with them, using tools such as internal audits and corrective and preventive action management.

10% - Producing monthly performance reports and newsletters to ensure both the team and the rest of the organisation are appropriately aware of the work completed by the Quality Management team, and to develop strong communication skills.

Job Requirements
Occasional travel required. Owning a car and having a driving licence would be desirable.

Qualifications and Experience
Critical: Educated to degree level or equivalent
Desired: Educated in a relevant subject such as Quality Management, Business, IT etc. Proof reading, editing or technical writing, Customer facing work (face to face, telephone or electronic), IT Sector.

- Project management experience (defining objectives, project planning, progress reporting etc.)
- Understanding of international standards (ISO9001, ISO27001, etc.) and best practice methodologies (PRINCE2, ITIL, etc.)
