The Internal Audit team
Sometimes we need people to take a step back and ensure we're making the best decisions for the business - and that's where our Internal Audit team come in. Joining them as a graduate you'll help provide an independent view of the Group's governance, internal control and risk management systems. It will give you the opportunity to put everything you've learnt on your degree into practice as you'll participate in audits and reviews that will deepen your knowledge of front, middle and back office processes. At the same time you'll also build your all-important network as you'll be working closely with the Audit Committee and senior management team.

Who we're looking for
With at least a 2:1 in finance, accounting, business, engineering, science, law or a related discipline, you'll have a good foundation of knowledge - and more importantly, you'll be keen to keep learning. If you're enthusiastic, analytical and a consummate team player then you'll fit right into our expert teams. You'll have your sights set on becoming a leader (and a sharp commercial instinct to back up your ambitions). Of course fluency in English is a must and other European languages would also be an advantage.
