My client is looking for a motivated graduate who is looking to build their knowledge and experience within Human Resources. They are seeking a hardworking candidate who is able to work independently and grasp opportunities to develop further. You will also have the chance to be sponsored to complete your CIPD qualification if you don't already have it.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will provide HR advice on employee relations for retail stores, support recruitment and get involved in multiple other projects for the team.
- Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, Management or related.
- A 2:1 or above.
- A minimum of 280 UCAS points.
- Drive and enthusiasm.
- Experience of working within a HR position i.e. placement.
- Experience of advising on employee relations.
- Ability to multitask and take on new tasks quickly.
- Excellent communication skills.
