We are currently recruiting for a graduate account executive for a Harlow office, the role offers fantastic career progression opportunities both in the UK and internationally. The company is renowned for its innovation, quality and service led approach and this is supported by our extensive manufacturing facility where we build everything in-house. This combined with its comprehensive range of standard products and ability to offer totally bespoke solutions, has secured HL Display a portfolio of international clients including retailers and brands such as Tesco, Waitrose, ASDA, AS Watson, Procter & Gamble, Co-Op, L'Oreal, Nestle, Holland & Barratt, Boots, Dixons, M&S, Nike, Nikon, Epson, Warm Up.
Account Executive Duties:
-Support the day to day management of key customers
-Maintain and develop relationships with existing key account customers
-Gain a clear understanding of customers business and requirements
-Identify opportunities for new business and canvass where appropriate
-Liaise with internal departmentsoutside suppliers to check on progress of existing orders
-Preparing enquiry forms, processing quotations, sales orders and general administration
-Regular communication with other members of sales team and wider Customer Service team
-Learn and continually develop HL Display Group product knowledge
-Be able to provide alternative product solutions to customer requests
-Provide written and verbal information regarding activities as required
