Primary Responsibilities:
-Supporting the client service team - working closely with others to advise on insights and analytical approaches as well as providing end products in many forms including reports, industry overviews, spreadsheets and specific client focussed packs.
-Knowledge management - building on your already strong industry knowledge and developing specific areas of expertise over time.
-Research practise management which involves liaising with different groups across the company, sharing information and building connectivity within special interest groups.
Requirements:
-Very strong broad knowledge of healthcare gained from either a PCT, NHS Trust, health related information company, Foundation Trust, Health Protection agency or similar.
-A degree from a Times top 20 university.
-Experience in a similar analytical role having dealt with information.
-Deep knowledge of at least one of the following areas: healthcare trends in the UK, healthcare sources and data, public health, commissioning, hospital providers or wider knowledge of global healthcare trends and issues.
-People management skills.
-Problem solving skills.
-Knowledge of Access, SAS or other statistical packages.
-Ability to build extensive personal networks relevant to your knowledge area.
