Our objective is to provide the public markets with a series of restructuring opportunities in the financial services industry in the UK and Western Europe. These businesses will be restructured, consolidated andor broken up to create value for shareholders.



This role is to support the CRO in ensuring that the Operations unit has an effective risk management and compliance framework and that the Operations unit delivers risk related services to the client as appropriate.

Requirements:

- Significant experience of Risk Management Frameworks including the definition of risk appetite, development of risk policies and design of risk reporting within a major corporate organisation
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of financial services organisations. Regulatory (as well as Financial) risk management capability an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication
- Relationship management and teamwork
