This organisation is a worldwide medical assistance company who specialises in providing support for travellers, overseas employees and expatriates. They are looking to expand their dedicated in-house team of specialists.
Due to business growth, this specialist medical assistance company are looking for a Greek-speaking graduate to join their Operations team in central Brighton.
After a thorough training period of 2-3 months you will be responsible for managing specific cases of medical emergency, from the initial set-up through to case resolution. You will need strong organisational skills and be able to mediate in difficult and sensitive situations.
No day will be the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up a case on the system
- Liaising with hospitals, medical centres and other agents
- Obtaining documentation relating to insurance
- Checking policy details and cover
- Being the intermediary between clients, insurers and third parties
- Providing translation services
You will also have the option to travel abroad in this role when clients need assistance with repatriation back to the UK.
Requirements:
- 2:2 equivalent or above, achieved in any discipline
- Fluency in Greek and English is essential, fluency in another language is also desirable
- Client-focussed attitude
- Personable, friendly and positive demeanour
- Good multi-tasking abilities
- Able to start work within the next 4 weeks
