As a graduate joining the web infrastructure team you will be primarily developing in JavaScript, although you will also be expected to get involved in some server side development too (Java).
You'll be providing components and libraries that will be used by other developers, so you're going to be worrying about designing simple APIs that do complicated things and providing performant, well tested and well documented code.
You'll also be expected to provide guidance and recommendations about web development to other teams in the company. That's not just going to cover the use of your libraries - you'll need to be able to talk about best practices on the web and for development in general.
You're joining a small team, early on in the development process. You're going to have a lot of input in the technical direction of the project, and the role is going to grow as the project does.
They offer fantastic long term technical careers and provides award winning training and personal development for all of their graduates.
