A market leading player in online and offline automotive media.
I am looking for a bright and numerate individual to join the web analytics team.
My client has a very big online presence with millions of unique visits per month. This role is all about conducting analysis into different sectors to understand and track user behaviour.
In this role you will be working alongside another Web Analyst and the primary focus of this position will be to assist the head of web analytics to develop and support the creation of knowledge and insight for this company's Brand.
This position is based in the Wimbledon office and is a short walk from the station.
Responsibilities:
- You will work with the head of analytics to deliver insights and recommendations throughout the business
- You will be involved in projects from the beginning to end. This will involve taking requirements from internal customers at the start to understand exactly what they want to find out.
- You will be involved in regular reporting to provide actionable recommendations.
- You will gather and interpret user information from the website.
- The analysis of data will allow you to come up with strategies, insights and trends to help explain complex visitor behaviour and to drive email campaigns.
The Essential skills for this role will be as follows
- Minimum 2.1 in Maths, Statistics, Economics, IT related, Physics.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to analyse complex data.
- A strong interest in digital space.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Data quality and accuracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Good report writing and data manipulation skills.
- A self starter with excellent communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ideally some knowledge of one of SPSS, R STATA, Matlab or related.
