Job Title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Science Grads

A boutique recruiter in the city who are the preferred supplier of executives for the world?s leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. They recruit for a range of roles and offer permanent and contract solutions. They are based in a fantastic location in the middle of Soho and have a fun, consultative environment with great rewards.

They have close relationships with clients such as Pfizer, Novartis, GSK and AstaZeneca, who respect their industry knowledge about the pharmaceutical sector and give them repeat business.

There are two vacancies on offer in the permanent and contract recruitment teams. Unlike in other companies you will be given vacancies straight away to recruit for whilst developing your skills in their modular training scheme, which means you can start earning commission much more quickly.

The training initially will largely be candidate-focused, to include development areas such as interviewing, headhunting, advertising, candidate referrals and lead generation with daily role-plays with different members of the team to gain extra insight and market knowledge. You will then move into client-based training to include full job spec detailing, client control, fee and deal negotiation and the recruitment cycle.

Package includes:
-£20k basic salary with realistic earning potential of £30-35k in year one and £45-50k in year two.
-Commission is a minimum of 10% and typically consultants earn 15-20% of all revenues.
-Extra two days holiday and £250 for hitting quarterly target
-Two international company trips per year
-End of month lunch and entertainment for hitting monthly targets
-Day off in the week of your birthday
-Company iPhone on promotion to Consultant

You must have a scientific degree with ideally a 2.1 and strong A-levels. Other than this we are looking for candidates who are naturally smart, ambitious, competitive, articulate and genuinely want to get into a professional career in London.
