Formed in 2001, my client is highly regarded as one of the leading Healthcare and Social Care recruitment consultancies in the UK. They were listed in the 2010 Recruiter Fast 50 for fastest growing private recruitment businesses and boast preferred supplier status with a number of private and public sector organisations including the NHS. Their head office is near Liverpool Street and they also have offices in Leicester and Bristol.
The company is looking for four graduates to start immediately. Successful candidates will start the training scheme within the company compliance and team, which will provide ample opportunity to learn about the operational aspects of the business and how the recruitment sales team functions. Within 4 ? 12 weeks, you should be looking to progress onto the dynamic sales floor and grow into the Recruitment Consultant role.
Upon progression to the sales floor you will join one of a number of specialist teams focussing on the recruitment of doctors, biomedical scientists, radiographers, physiotherapists, speech therapists etc. You will be looking to develop relationships with key decision makers and to ultimately gain contract and locum vacancies to recruit for as well as finding highly-qualified healthcare staff or your vacancies.
The basic salary for the position starts at £18k, which increases based on performance to up to £25k by the end of year one and £30k in year two. With the generous commission scheme on offer you should be looking to earn in excess of £35k in year and £50k in year two. Other benefits include 23 days holiday which rises to 27 over time, a dress down policy, great working hours for the sector and plasma screens in the office for when the top sports tournaments are on.
You must have a genuine drive for success as you will be working in a team environment with high professional standards. You must be able to build relationships with both clients and candidates both by phone and face to face meetings. This position will suit an articulate, ambitious confident graduate.
