They are based in West London and are opening up offices in Brisbane and Sydney in early 2011. We are working with a great Recruitment Consultancy based in West London who are looking to bring onboard a new consultant who will train in branch before heading out to their Brisbane office. Specialising in a niche property and construction area my client works with a variety of clients from museums to celebrities and offers only the best contractors for their sites. They place a large emphasis on quality over quantity and have an exceptional reputation. Trainee consultants will have the opportunity to progress at their own pace and earn commission quickly ensuring that you know the market thoroughly.
This role combines:
- Account management
- Relationship building
- Interviewing
- Managing contractors
- New business development
After your initial training period you will then be sponsored to move to their Brisbane office where the property and construction sector is booming.
Ideal candidates will have an interest in property or architecture although this is not necessary for the role. Good business to business sales experience is desirable.
The basic salary for this position is £18k and the client expects that first year earnings should be £25-30k. Upon progression to Consultant the basic increases up to as much as £24k and you should be looking to earn beyond £40k in year two.
