A specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy with the head office based in the centre of Reading, Berkshire.
After a successful first years trading they are looking at doubling in size throughout 2011 as they continue to grow and expand into new vertical markets and market sectors. They are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join the team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

Responsibilities include:
- Learning and developing your understanding of your specific vertical market
- Calling client contacts to gain new vacancies and build the client database
- Calling candidates to qualify them for vacancies and build the candidate database
- Adding new businesses and contacts to build your client database
- Hitting agreed daily and monthly KPI targets
- Meeting clients
- Taking job specs from clients
- Writing adverts to publish online and to the candidate database
- Qualifying candidates for job vacancies and arranging interviews
- Taking interview feedback and closing candidates on job offers
