Job Title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Boutique-sized executive recruitment company based in a great location near Gatwick Airport. They are niche recruiters of Audit executives across Europe, working on senior manager and director-level positions within global companies.

Working directly with the company Director, who has over 12 years of recruitment experience within the Audit sector, you will benefit from close personal mentoring and will quickly gain commercial awareness of the financial sectors. Audit is a great market regardless of market conditions and due to the international focus of the business there are plenty of growth opportunities.

Successful graduates will join the company in the role of Resourcer. This is a purely candidate-focused role where you will be looking to find and headhunt the best possible candidates for vacancies which are sourced by the Senior Consultants. Bonuses are paid out on delivering placements and you will be looking to learn as much as possible about your market before transition to a Recruitment Consultant role, which should take 3-6 months.

The basic salary is £18k with first year on target earning potential exceeding £30k and significantly more thereafter.

We are looking for graduates with all or most of the following:

- Solid academic performance
- Office-based work experience or achievements within sales, promotions, fundraising etc
- An interest in the financial services industry
- Fluency in other western European languages would be very welcome
- Living within a reasonable commute to Gatwick
