The Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) is a market leading recruitment consultancy. We specialise in placing graduates and graduates with experience into roles across a range of industries. Founded in 1996 we now employ nearly 50 people in London and our Brighton HQ and have a turnover of £2 million.
We are constantly expanding and are looking to fuel this with the best graduate talent to train and develop. Our work in this area was recently rewarded with Investors in People Accreditation.
This challenging role is a fantastic entry point into an extremely rewarding and target driven environment. You'll receive highly structured, on-going training and personal development. Beginning as a ?Digital Analytics Resourcer?, you'll pursue the following activities:
- Sourcing and selecting the best candidates from internal and external databases
- Telephone interviewing , qualifying suitability and marketing positions
- Gaining specialist knowledge in digital marketing and analytics sectors
- Marketing jobs to our database of graduates
- Arranging interviews
After roughly six months you will be promoted to a 'Digital Analytics Recruitment Consultant'. This will see you manage the entire recruitment process and essentially build your own specialism. It will include:
- Approaching companies to build relationships and win business
- Visiting key clients
- Working with Resourcers to generate an exceptional shortlist of graduates
- Organising interviews and assessment days
- Preparing and coaching candidates to maximise their chances of success
- Managing the interview feedback process and ultimately making and closing job offers
Excellent Earning Potential
The starting salary for this position is £17k and commission should take this to £20-23k in your first year. Second year earnings are typically between £30-45k. Established consultants have earned up to £100k, and there is plentiful scope for progression, with opportunities to manage your own team.
Essential Skills:
- Ideally a 2:1 in any subject (Business or Humanities preferred but all considered)
- Strong communication skills
- Outgoing and personable with the ability to build rapport, relationships and network
- Driven with the perseverance and resilience to overcome obstacles and achieve targets
- Organised; able to multi task efficiently and manage multiple projects
- Commercial awareness
- Passionate; taking pride in what you do and giving your all
