A boutique recruitment consultancy which specialises in placing technology professionals into contract positions within the NHS and Primary Care Trusts. Currently a close-knit team of 12 recruiters, they have ambitious growth plans and are looking for graduates to join them in their new offices in Central London.
Upon entering the company, you will join a team of 3-4 senior staff members who will be on-hand to guide you on your steps to success. You will be working alongside industry leaders and thus will be learning from the best.
In the role of Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for successfully filling existing live roles as well as bringing in new vacancies through business development. This will offer you variety throughout your working day as you begin to manage multiple processes on both the client and candidate side of the recruitment cycle. Working alongside an experienced team, you will be learning from the best in their field. Your role will involve liaising with IT professionals of a variety of seniority levels, and successfully placing them in their next contract position. This will involve successful sourcing and screening of candidates, organising start dates and maintaining strong professional relationships to ensure an effective close.
This company works on a wide range of IT roles used by the NHS, from junior positions all the way to director level. They recruit primarily on a contract basis, meaning that you will be working on multiple roles at any one time all with quick turnarounds.
You can expect the following responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients in a professional and confident manner
- Developing your own client base
- Orchestrating interviews and start dates of your candidates
- Using internal and external databases to source quality candidates
With an extremely competitive commission structure, the realistic earning potential for this role will be around £35k in your first year. Requirements:
- A confident and commercially aware graduate.
- With a 2:2 level or above in any discipline.
- You will need to be self-motivated and driven to succeed as from day one you will begin to handle key processes alongside your fellow Consultants. This role will enable you to work autonomously and we are looking for high achievers that are keen to work in a meritocratic environment.
- A competitive edge, be it shown through a sporting background or otherwise, would be advantageous for this position.
- Sales experience is great but absolutely not essential. The company is more interested in those who are extremely motivated to hit sales targets and earn great commission.
