Founded at the end of 2013, this is a new business venture in the world of technical recruitment. They have been set up by a graduate who has built up years of recruitment experience and contacts. His combination of intelligence, commercial awareness and drive, led him to a divisional director role in a technical sales recruiter. He then went on to run the London office of another known brand, getting them in the Recruiter Magazine?s fastest growing recruitment companies list for two years running. He is now looking to create a business with ambitious growth plans, based around hiring entrepreneurial graduate talent.
There are currently two vacancies available for candidates to start immediately.
The business owner has put a programme together which he will help deliver to all new hires in the business. The first two weeks will be particularly extensive, with theoretical training and role-plays in the mornings, putting your skills into real life in the afternoons. You will cover everything from new business sales, headhunting, market mapping, using job boards and gaining referrals - essentially you will be covering the full recruitment process.
The company will be recruiting within two broad areas within the technology space; Commercial (sales, marketing, account management) and Technical (programmers, developers) and will be offering permanent and contract recruitment services to their clients. They will be focusing on the UK market initially but also have plans for Western Europe (particularly Germany), Asia and the US. You will be responsible for winning business in one of these areas and providing the best candidates.
They are looking to grow the company organically and will be offering the opportunity for future stars to progress into managerial and director roles, as well as looking for those to run their international ventures.
The basic salary will be £20K depending on experience. On top of this the company will be offering nights out, free lunch incentives, large quarterly prizes and a fantastic commission structure.
Essential Skills:
- Hard working and highly driven
- Sales, Business Development or Business-to-Business experience
- You should be of a positive, confident and enthusiastic nature, with excellent communication skills
- You must be hard working, prepared to work long hours and be comfortable cold calling both candidates and business clients
- Most importantly however, all potential employees must have a genuine passion to work in a fast paced, target driven sales environment
