A boutique senior recruitment specialist based in Winchester. They have been going for 5 years
and have just relocated to high-end offices to facilitate the next phase of development. Achieving
significant growth year on year and demonstrable market share, their success means they are looking to recruit graduates to join the team.

Graduates will join initially in the role of 'Resourcer'. The team are benefitting from having a huge demand for their services and a great database of candidates. Your role will be to learn about both procurement and HR positions and consult with prospective candidates to ascertain suitability for positions which you will then pitch.
You will learn how to manage candidates who are in the interview processes with clients and will be looking to meet with at least five candidates per week. From the first few weeks you will attend business meetings with clients alongside one of the business leaders, which helps you to build better relationships and understand their needs in greater detail. You will also get to work on various ad-hoc non-recruitment projects to help the wider business. This could include event management, internal recruiting, market mapping etc. You will attend the leadership forums that are organised every quarter, where you will get to network with Procurement and HR industry leaders.
Ongoing support will be there in the form of five other very experienced recruiters. On the job training will be individually tailored and will be a mixture of theoretical class-based learning and 'desk-based' coaching. In their open plan office, there is an open communication with the leadership team and everyone's views are deemed valid regardless of position.
The basic salary is likely to be around £20k although may be negotiable based on your experience. As a Resourcer you will get paid commission per placement and once you are managing your own deals you will be paid a percentage of all of the revenue you are bringing in. First year OTE is £40k+
Requirements
We looking for candidates who are:
- Degree educated; they are open on subject, preference is for a 2.1 and strong UCAS points
- Eloquent; you will be dealing with business owners, directors and managers as well as candidates who are going for £50-100k positions
- Outgoing
- Not afraid of engaging with people over the phone and in person
- Hard working and driven by goals
- Able to demonstrate leadership and competitive spirit on extra-curricular pursuits (sports, societies, drama etc)
