Job Title: Graduate Trainee Recruiter

A specialist recruitment company with headquarters in Surrey who have enjoyed immense success and growth since their inception in 1991. They recruit high-end specialist technology sales executives typically into roles paying £60-100k. They started 2011 with a headcount of 50 staff and are looking to grow to beyond 75 by the end of the year.

Graduates start out in the company in the position of Resource Analyst. You will be closely supporting one of the Consultants on all aspects of recruitment delivery for a number of candidate searches.

Responsibilities include:

- Organisational profiling to establish key names and skilled sales professionals within target companies
- Approaching specialist sales professionals to ascertain job situation and to promote vacancies where suitable
- Booking in interested candidates for Consultant interviews
- Generating sales leads for the Business Development Managers

The initial starting salary is £18k and can increase by £1000 per quarter based on hitting performance targets. As a Resource Analyst you will earn commission on all sourced candidates who secure employment and will typically earn £300-400 per deal. You will be targeted on achieving Consultant status after six months.
